Loss Prevention

Desert City Investigations & Security Inc. will provide you with plain clothes Loss Prevention Officers at a cost to you of $22.50 per hour. This price is for a one month or more contract. This includes all employee burden, deductions, scheduling, WCB, etc.

Mr. Neil Currie is our Loss Prevention Supervisor: Mr. Currie has 17 years experience in the Loss Prevention Field. Neil has recently retired from the Loss Prevention Division of Wal-Mart Canada were he held the position of Senior Loss Prevention Officer. Mr. Currie was responsible for all the training of the Wal-Mart Loss Prevention staff. Neil has given numerous seminars in British Columbia to shopping malls and retail corporations. Mr. Currie has received the highest Loss Prevention training available in Canada. Neil has been trained in Defensive Tactics Training, Pain Compliance, Handcuffing, and Level One and Two First Aid. Mr. Currie has received numerous letters of commendation. Mr. Currie has given professional court testimony and prepared reports for the crown, thousands of times and is considered an expert witness on Loss Prevention. He will personally work the site and train the staff that works with him at Costco.
